Each of these products work great on their own. When taken together, they are incredible for strengthening the lungs and respiratory system.  

This set contains:

• Super Tonic Capsules (30 capsules)

• Lomatium Tincture (1 fl oz)
• Mullein Tea Bags (15 individual tea bags)

For best results:

Put 1 Mullein Tea bag in a coffee cup. Fill the cup with warm to hot water and dip or gently stir the tea bag to blend. Sweeten with honey. Each tea bag can be reused 2-4 times, depending on the strength brewed.

Add 10 drops of Lomatium tincture to the warm cup of tea.

Consume 1 Respiratory and 1 Super Tonic capsule with a cup of the warm tea every 6-8 hours as necessary.
